We had a wonderful experience with Westgate Gardens. My great-grandmother stayed there for about five weeks, and we are incredibly grateful for the care and support she and our family received. We especially want to recognize Tiffany Meeks, the Director of Social Services. Tiffany was phenomenal from the very beginning all the way through my great-grandmother’s discharge. She was caring, compassionate, knowledgeable, and always kept our family informed with updates throughout her stay. She took the time to answer our questions, guide us through the process, and make sure we felt supported every step of the way. Having someone like Tiffany there made such a difference for our family during an important time. Her professionalism and genuine care did not go unnoticed. We truly cannot thank her enough for everything she did for my great-grandmother and our family. Thanks to all the staff at Westgate Gardens!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Westgate Gardens and the way they cared for my mother. My mother had dementia and could definitely be a “firecracker” at times, but the staff always treated her with dignity, respect, patience, and grace–even during her most difficult moments. They showed her so much love and compassion. When she became unable to feed herself, they patiently assisted her with every meal and made sure she was cared for with kindness and dignity. The nurses, caregivers, staff, receptionist, social services team, and HR were all personable, professional, and compassionate. What meant the most to me was the way they cared for me and my family during the time my mother was dying. They continually checked in on us, made sure we were okay, and showed us genuine kindness and compassion during an incredibly difficult time. I will forever be grateful to everyone at Westgate Gardens for the love and care they gave my mother. They treated her as though she were their own mother. That kind of compassion is priceless. I would highly recommend Westgate Gardens to anyone looking for a place for their loved one. Knowing that my mother was treated with dignity, respect, patience, and genuine love brought me comfort during one of the hardest experiences of my life. I was in a lot of pain and I was scared of what my life was going to be like in my new condition. From the very beginning the Doctors, Nursing staff, therapists and everyone else were incredible to me. They staff was very knowledgeable and encouraging. They treated me with compassion, patience and respect. My overall experience was fantastic. I feel confident, strong and restored. Worked at Westgate Gardens for 8 years. They recently released me because the administrator was not giving out raises and wanted to cut costs in certain departments for HIS benefit. He released other departments as well. Its sad that he cut cost by buying second hand items or auction items while he buys himself a new car. The marketer is now taking credit for what I have done in the facility since I worked there. They hired a person that took a lower pay and is not as experienced as I was. The administrator also takes sides. There was an issue in a department along with my department, and instead of resolving an issue, he took the side of other department, even giving her a fist pump letting her know that he was on her side. All along I was watching the whole entire conversation take place behind doors. He clearly is not a great administrator. He is an insurance broker, he is not a nursing home administrator. The company made a huge mistake when they hired him. Needless to say, he does not benefit the company at all. The people that are working there are not gonna get the benefit of being seen as great employees. Because administrator does not know how to acknowledge anybody there. The **** and LVNs are underpaid and overworked. But to benefit the administrator, he will cut cost anywhere he can. Which is really sad.

Westgate Gardens is truly a great place! From the residents to the staff, there is so much compassion, teamwork, and dedication here. Everyone works hard to create a warm, welcoming environment where residents feel valued and cared for. The sense of teamwork and compassion here is truly something special!

I enjoyed the time I spent at Westgate Gardens I was well taken care of I was Treated kindly and respect They worked with me to help me get my strength back with physical therapy. This is a great facility. I recommend Westgate Gardens. I guarantee you will not be disappointed when bringing your family members here

All of the personnel were terrific. Very courteous and attentive. We especially would like to recognize one of the CNA’s Natalie. She was absolutely wonderful. My mother loved her. Natalie was so very nice to her and was easily able to get my mother to take a shower and to smile. Also Rickie the PT person was great with her enthusiasm and humor. Thank you all for your service.

Came in to tour this and many other places this by far is the cleanest and staff friendly. So happy I have peace of mind knowing my mother is in the best place. Thank you for the tour and the help in finding the this facility.

Was a little hesitant to place my uncle here, but so far so good. He is thriving with therapy and is being treated good 👍

My mom was sent here after a fall which she fractured her wrist and knee. She was not fed the first night and the next day. Some of the CNA’s took care of her well, but there was a few CNA’s that were rude, unprofessional, they belittled my mom. These CNA’s need to have more patience, be more companionate or they need to find a different type of employment. The food was always cold, never had a real change in menu. Also head of physical therapy needs to be more professional and be attentive to the patient’s needs and listen and not scold the patient like they are a child. Also nursing staff needs to be more attentive to the patient’s call lights and tend to the patient more quickly not 1 to 2 hours later. They need to have better air ventilation in the rooms for when patients use the bathroom and some sort of air freshener, shower area is very cold and they take the patients showers with the window open when it is extremely cold. When you call to express your concerns they do not answer and when they finally do they try to resolve the problem for that moment but then goes back to the same. There are some good nurses, professional, doing their job right and also the wound nurses were very good, professional and compassionate. My mom was able to speak for herself but for the patients that are unable to speak who knows how they are being treated. These patients are someone’s parents, grandparents and should be treated like you would want your family members to be treated. If we do not speak our concerns nothing will ever be done and change for the better of the patients.

My dad was placed here. We met extremely nice, loving , caring employees. Their names were Samantha Cortez & Rosa. They went above and beyond to care for my dad. They genuinely loved him. My family will forever remember this. 5 Star all the way. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟We even invited them to his 80th birthday. We became family. ❤️😍 They truly were God sent.

I am truly grateful for the exceptional care my uncle received here. From the moment you walk into the clean, beautifully maintained facility, you’re greeted by warm, friendly staff who are always ready to assist and answer any questions. Even though my uncle could be quite a handful at times, the team treated him with unwavering professionalism, patience, and genuine compassion. This level of dedication and kindness made all the difference for our family.
